Health Care Plans - All eligible employees can choose from three health care plans: Harvard Community Health Value Plan; Harvard Community Health Low Plan; or a Tufts Medical Plan. Each plan offers specific advantages that employees should review in order to determine which plan best meets their personal health needs.
Other Benefits - We also offer: dental insurance through Delta Dental; life insurance;
short-term disability from MET Life; tuition reimbursement and a 401k plan from Fidelity, which includes matching amounts. Additionally, Burlington Medical Associates offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Partners HealthCare. The EAP is a free and confidential benefit for employees and their family members, offering access to licensed EAP counselors who provide consultation, short-term counseling and referral resources.
