SPECIAL NOTICE FOR MEDICARE PATIENTS
Medicare now covers an Annual Wellness Visit with no
coinsurance or deductible. These visits
focus on health promotion, disease detection and fostering the coordination of
the screening and preventive services that may already be covered and paid for
under Medicare Part B. As the Annual
Wellness Visit is rather unique, it is intended to be separate from "sick
visits" and other traditional appointments. Please schedule those other visits for a separate time. Please call the office today to see if you
